Put in as many points as you can.Ĭorpse Explosion perfectly complements Teeth as another AoE-focussed ability in our early leveling toolkit. Teeth is your main damaging spell because it provides great AoE for early leveling. Put in 1 point before fighting Andariel (around Level 12). Use Iron Maiden on them, and they will slowly kill themselves by hitting your golem. Use it to cheese boss fights against Andariel and Duriel.Ĭlay Golem helps a lot against hard-hitting Act bosses. Right before the end of Act 1, also put two points into Iron Maiden and Clay Golem. With Level 18, you will be able to put your first points into Bone Spear.
Once Teeth damage falls off, you can put one point into Corpse Explosion and use it against big monster packs. Teeth will carry you through Act 1 and 2.
As soon as you max out your other synergy spells, Bone Spear damage together with the insane AoE potential of Corpse Explosion will carry you through the game.
Necromancers will have slower leveling up to Level 20 compared to other builds - however, Nightmare and Hell leveling will be a walk in the park thanks to Bone Armor and Bone Prison.
